5-Star princes can be obtained in-game in the case of Hope, Fllayg, Kihel, Rufus, and Cyril, or in the regular gacha. They have 5 or 6 chapters prior to Awakening and 3 or 4 after.
Collab-exclusive princes can only be obtained while the collaboration event is running. They do not appear in choices for custom gachas, nor can they be exchanged for outside of the event. As such, it is difficult to acquire their stories.
