Name
- Azuma – from the Japanese kanji 雷 (kaminari), meaning ‘lightning’.
- Soga – from the Japanese kanji 承和 (jouwa) referring to the Jowa Era (834-848). Can also be pronounced soga when read in reference to the color of a chrysanthemum.
